Susan Schreiner is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), an Enrolled Agent (EA), and holds a master’s degree in financial and tax planning from San Diego State University. She has been a fee-only financial planner and tax preparer since 2003, and has helped hundreds of clients better understand their overall financial picture.

Susan is passionate about making financial planning accessible to everyone—not just those with significant wealth. She believes that hourly, fee-only planning is the best way to serve her clients without the conflicts of interest associated with commission-based models. In 2022, she joined the Garrett Planning Network to collaborate with like-minded professionals who share her commitment to transparency and ethics.

After moving to Aberdeen in 2019, Susan fell in love with life on the Harbor. Drawn to the area’s rain and overcast skies, she has yet to tire of the gray days, though she enjoys the occasional sunny day as well. A devoted animal lover, Susan is currently writing a book on how to protect your pets through estate and disaster planning.
